Probably the worst DJ with the worst attitude that I've ever seen. He lacked the skill to even provide PA & DJ for the easiest gig of all time - a church benefit talent show - that would have just required him to have levels tested & set for two 3-piece bands and a handful of stage performances - just a couple of mics. He showed no effort during a dress rehearsal (for which he was paid extra to attend) to setup his equipment, watch and set levels for the different performers. The show itself was an audio embarrassment - all due to the lack of music and ultra-low volume from the mains, and very poor mic quality - all the while Joe stood behind his equipment with his hands in his pockets and the dumbest of looks on his face. If he didn't know what he was doing, he should have asked - it isn't rocket science. The audience heard close to nothing through his PA system and it diminished the hard work of many performers and arrangers in this show. The only time his PA system was heard was 15 minutes after the show ended (while the room was being cleaned). Joe finally found his volume slider and had the disco music pumping to an empty room.\r A deaf monkey could have done a better job and would have been more attentive. Not once, did this guy come out from behind his equipment to even check the house levels. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Never hire this guy - he doesn't care, neither should you.\r Steve
