I am a first time homeowner, so I had alot of questions and apprehension about the whole buying process. The inspector from Denzil Property Inspections was very professional and took extra time to answer all my questions and show me things about the systems of the house I would need to know. He treated my inspection as if it were his own house. My inspection took about 4 hours, and I am confident in the report that I was given. The cost from Denzil Property Inspections wasn't the cheapest or the highest that I had gathered when getting estimates, they were in the middle about average. A termite inspection with warranty was included in their price, so that was one less phone call and worry for me. I highly recommend (and already have to friends and co-workers) this company to anyone in the market for a home inspection. This company I believe genuinely cares about the public, is un-biased in their reporting methods, takes pride in the services they provide, and enjoys seeing people realize their dream of home ownership.
