Review content:
This store has a very unprofessional and rude atmosphere from management as well as employees. There are some employees which speak Spanish in front of the customers who don't understand what they are saying. What has happened to this store anyway? The prices have absolutely skyrocketed! I have not been in there in a while and I was shocked. There are items in the store which are marked higher than the original NEW price sold in stores (never crossed out original price). There are shoes there for $9-$13 which are all beat up. Why not go to a retail store and buy it new then? So much for going to 'used' or 'thrift' stores for a bargin. I feel they are taking advantage of the economy and inflating their prices. It is crazy where there are so many people who are really in need of affordable items. Yes, they have overhead but their items are DONATED! Oh, and as far as your 'charitable' donations...1% to Big Brothers and Sisters...BIG deal. I used to love this store but not anymore.
