The store is a little small but I can understand with the outrageous rent prices in the Bay Area. The store had all the colors on display which really helped me out with choosing a color. Unlike some of the other slab yards I went to, I didn't have to walk 5 minutes from one side of the yard to the other in order to compare two colors. The process was fast. It took me about 10 minutes to get a quote for the diagram I brought in of my kitchen. I was happy with the quote too since it saved me the price of a flat screen TV. Home Depot is a rip off compared to these guys. A few days a later I went back to pick out my actual pieces, schedule an install date and the whole nine yards. That process took about 40 minutes for me because I am a picky person. The final product is great and I LOVE the color. My favorite part about the whole process was the customer service. I felt like I was a family member or something. They even remembered my name after coming in to pay off my final balance. Pros: Customer Service, Price and Color Selection Cons: Small, Cozzy Store
