Review content:
They were not truthful in their sales approach. Said that they were factory certified and trained: manufacture never heard of them. showed me factory instulation guide, then did not follow it. Not a square foot was according to the manufacture. Tried to call themas they said but, they would not respond to service calls, emails or FAX. Sub Contractor had an attitude and none of his workers spoke english so when a problem was noticed all they said was call the site manager and continued to work. site manager took three day to get back and then refused to correct the problem and tried to have me pay more to correct it. AVOID this company. I have dozens of pictures of the problems.....
