Review content:
Both groups have their good points from what I hear but it will be interesting to see which group grows and which one dies off. Those who are in the old association have the advantage of inheriting a long, successful track record that John Gladeau, love him or hate him, created. While the new group has the Stackhaus name and Mark Esping's political clout. The big liability factor for both associations would seem to be their current leaders who are both well known in the area for being pushy, unreasonable and hot headed. The best thing for Old Hyde Park would be for them put their personal agendas aside and learn to work together like they once did or at least clarify their objectives so the neighborhood will know who stands for what.
