Horrible people! I had 2 Groupons good for 3 treatments each. Went for 5 treatments which they suggested I spread out over a longer period of time than normal so that more hair would have a chance to grow in making the treatments ""more effective."" As a result, when it came time to schedule the last appointment, it was beyond the expiration date of the coupon. They refused to honor it, but instead tried a bait and switch tactic. They offered me a ""credit"" for the balance of the value of the coupon towards the purchase of a new package of 6 - like I would give them any more money! Why couldn't they honor the coupon? Because, they said, ""just like a supermarket,"" when you go in there with an expired coupon, they won't honor it either! Thank goodness Groupon is an honorable organization. They credited me the value of the unused coupon. Beware of this company - they are NOT reputable!
