Review content:
Justin visited with me on the phone until all my questions were answered. Even though about 2 minutes into the conversation he already knew I wouldn't have a case for him. He was extremely helpful, gracious, pleasant, willing, professional and very nice.
In the midst of dealing with insurance, body shop, doctors and staff all of whom were ""just doing their job""...Justin was a ray of sunshine on a very gloomy day in my life. He made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me to continue with my questions. he answered all my questions and then gave me information I hadn't even thought of.
And the icing on the cake....he told me to call him back if I have any other questions!
