Businiess name:  Zuzu's Petals Florists

Review content:
Can't say anything about Zuzu's flower arrangements, because we never got that far. But one star for the customer service. Twice, I tried to make an appointment. The first time, Deirdre blew me off because she said she was busy that weekend, and she won't have time until the week after. I decided to give her another try and made an appointment two weeks later. At that time, I told her the appointment was for my wedding, but I'm coming in a friend who was getting married a few months after me. The day before our appointment, she called to say that she booked an event on my wedding date already. I told her it I would like to come by anyways for my friend. She said that she already gave away my timeslot, and that I have to understand ""this is the wedding business, and I'm not going to waste my time."" Rude.
