MY WIFE DOG SAT 3 OF THE MOST UNRULY AND UN POTTY TRAINED DOG FOR 3 AND 1/2 WEEKS LAST MONTH. WE THOUGHT WE NEEDED NEW CARPETS. MY BOSS USES LIKE NEW AGAIN TO CLEAN HIS CARPETS - SO I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM A TRY. KATHLEEN OWNS THIS COMPANY - AND ASSURED ME THEY WOULD DO EVERY THING POSSIBLE TO CLEAN MY CARPET - BUT MADE NO PROMISES. SETH WAS THE TECHNICIAN - AND HE MADE NOT PROMISES - BUT I HAD THE FEELING HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THEY USE ROTOVAC EQUIPMENT. IT RINSES THE CARPET 12 TIMES PER SECOND. THEY ALSO USED BLACK LIGHTS TO IDENTIFY ALL URINE SPOTS. WHO KNEW URINE GLOWS. AFTER 2/12 HOURS AND ONLY 345.00 - MY CARPETS LOOK LIKE NEW AGAIN.. MY WIFE NOW WANTS OUR UPHOLSTERY CLEANED. OK WITH ME. I JUST SAVED ABOUT 8,000 ON CARPET REPLACEMENT.
