I recently purchased an item from the OFallon store. The store manager assured me it would fit my camera so I purchased it and took it home. When I tried it on my camera it would not fit. The next day I drove back to OFallon (75 miles one way) to return it. The store manager said that he would have to send me a check in a week or so because he did not have enough cash to refund my $161.00. After calling and complaining to their main store I was still unable to get my refund.\r

If the manager really didn't have enough cash on hand to refund my purchase he should have at least had the authority to write me a check on the spot. I could imagine what would have happened if I tried to buy an item from them and told them I would send them a check in a week or so. lol\r

Now I no longer have the item and only have their word that the check is in the mail.\r
Pros: I certainly can't think of any right now!
Cons: very poor return policy
