Are you people serious? this place has always been our favorite place for juicy burgers and COLD beer. If it's confusing to you to order at the counter and pick it up at the window, maybe you SHOULD be eating at Sonic instead. \r \r The bartenders and waitresses are friendly, witty and fast and the portions are HUGE. We've eaten there for nearly 20 years and when friends or family come in town it's the first place we go. If you want a tiny little dried up burger with a thick french bread bun and brie cheese, go to Paris. this place serves stick-to-your-ribs food. If you come in there more than once they remember you and take good care of you. Its a neighborhood kinda place.\r \r To the person who says they're trying to squeeze more $ out of you, well, what business isn't? I dont mind paying a little extra for little extras. and they have a great happy hour and the chicken fried steak on Wed nite is to die for.\r \r This is still the best burger in KC and the atmosphere is what it's always been. We love it and recommend it. Pros: great burgers, cold beer, great service, homey atmosphere, kid-friendly Cons: located far from my house :(
