On November 2, 2009 we went to pick out a tree to be planted. We found the tree and notified the person working there that we wanted to buy it and have them plant it. We asked how much to plant, and she did not know, but would let he owners know and they would get back to me that day or tomorrow. We left out number and the details, but no call. Seven days later we called to remind them, and they said, ""Oh, yeah I remember. I will get back to you later that day."" No call, so instead of waiting 7 days, we called by 4 days later. Someone finally went out and found the tree and told up the price. We, that day, had a check sent and they said they would put it in the queue. A few days later, they had received the check (we called to make sure) and they said they wouldn't plant it until we called the utilities to make sure no water lines or electric, etc. were present. I went on line and they came out and checked it out within 3 days. We called Zick's (note, we are the customer, and never once did Zick's call us back). They then said, after it was all clear that they would do it ""as soon as they could."" Two weeks later, no tree planted yet. It has been 34 days from the time we picked out the tree and notified them. We are gong to put in an order for 10-15 more trees for the neighborhood, but trust me, we will never use them again.
