These folks know coffee. This place is a Springfield gem. As residents, we buy our whole beans here for brewing at home - the only coffee we buy. We frequent the coffee shop enough they know our 1-yr old by name! This is not some coffee-snob joint with burnt beans. Like we said, these people know coffee, good coffee, and they want you to know good coffee, too. A little experimentation on what roast and blend you enjoy and you'll only buy your beans here, too!\r
The ambience is city coffee joint. Newspapers on tables, laptops open, a low hum of conversation, and coffee brewing in the foreground. If you can find a seat at popular times you'll find the whole spectrum of Springfieldians here - mommys, hipsters, businessmen, college kids, everyone!
