David and Associates will tell you what you want hear before you sign the lease however they will NOT make good on any promises. They don't do any repairs and have a very unprofessional staff. I'm willing to pay to get out as fast as i can.\r

If you're considering leasing one of their commercial properties, save yourself the headache now and run as fast as you can from the deal because it probably sounds too good to be true because it is. They are the worst company i have ever dealt with in my 32 years of leasing.
