I am writing on behalf of the property owner regarding this matter which has gone unresolved for some time now. This is the only email I have found so far to reach you. \r

I am writing about a hazardous condition in front of 208 N. New York Ave. in Atlantic City. There is a cover missing @12-18"" . It would be very unfortunate if someone walking down the street would steo on it. Their is room for their foot to enter and they most probably break an ankle or worse in the ensuing fall. \r
