Very unprofessional work environment. Upon walking in, one of the stylists was cussing about something to one of the customers. Which so happened to be the same stylist who cut my hair. This particular stylist acted like a teenage girl the entire time. She was a loud gossiping hen, who felt the need to get really animated whilst talking to the point where she would stop cutting my hair for brief moments to carry on with her pointless conversation with other people. Although, she was constantly running her mouth...she somehow managed to give me an amazing haircut. Needless to say, I was so disgusted with the way they handled business I didn't bother giving a tip. Also, they need to learn customer service skills over the phone. Sounding rushed (as if it's a hassle that a person is calling to get a haircut) is ridiculous. Get a real receptionist. You've officially lost my business.
