Im new to Butler and was needing to have my brakes checked, so i went to Iarrapino's to get an appointment. told the young man that i counld'nt leave it cause i didnt live right in town. not problem, i was schedule at 10:30am. got the vehicle there early, and told the guy i was going on a walk and would be back. I did a 45min walk , can back to the shop , saw that my vehicle was outside, and figured that it was done...i ask the muscle man if my vehicle was done he said they couldnt get to it until the afternoon.why would i be scheduled at 10:30 then? the ahole never even appoligized. i will never give this place a good recommendation...hey buddy thanks for screwing over a senior citizen...
