My experience with Budget Blinds of Chattanooga has been very pleasant, to say the least. I am a busy professional with a hectic schedule, and their staff made the entire process of covering the windows in my new home a breeze...from the selection process all the way through to the installation. From the initial call, they acted professionally, showed up on time for the appointment and were ready to help. Their knowledgable salesperson showed me the options that would fit my tastes and budget. The installers arrived 3 weeks later with the products (blinds, shades, and plantation shutters) and did a beautiful job (not only with the installation, but being respectful of my home)! There was a minor issue with one of hte shades, which they promptly rectified. I did manage to get a few quotes, and while Budget Blinds wasn't the cheapest...they were far and away the most impressive, and the only ones I felt confident spending my money with. I have no regrets whatsoever and would highly recommend Budget Blinds to anyone who is considering buying new window coverings.
