Review content:
I try and try to give this store the benefit of redeeming themselves, but to no avail. I have been in retail management so this review comes from both sides. Most of the staff is not knowledgeable in the auto repair field...at all. You will not be acknowledged when you walk in unless you are the only customer there and there is more than one employee. At times, they have not had ""common stock"" parts available and cannot tell you when they will have them in. On Wednesday, April 30, 2008 I go in and in the store we have me, one other customer and three employees. I go get the item I wish to purchase and stand at the register waiting to pay while one employee helps the other customer. The other two employees talk amongst themselves completely ignoring me. One of the two employees oblivious to my presence then heads outside to peel stickers off of the store window. He starts talking to a customer who asked him a question outside of the store and he goes into the store with her to help her out. Meanwhile, I'm still being ignored by the other employee. By this time they have four more customers walk into the store. The last thing I remember hearing before I finally left for O'Reilly (highly recommended) was one of the employees repeatedly asking a customer for her information. He told her he couldn't hear her because he had left his hearing aides at home!!!
Pros: Great location
Cons: In the review
