My wife and I looked around for a while before deciding on Robertson Pools to build our pool. We are happy with the decision we made. I looked at reviews for every company we got a bid from and no one had stellar reviews...I guess because bad news spreads faster than good in this fast paced world. In the end we chose Robertson because they are family owned and operated (Mr. Robertson came out to my yard at least 3 times during construction) and have been in business for 26 years. Our designer, Brad, was knowledgeable and we liked that the company uses mostly their own in-house construction crews rather than subcontractors (we had heard horror stories about companies going out of business during construction and subcontractors going after the homeowner for the money). Our pool is beautiful and the workmanship by the masons was amazing (I watched them build our waterfall and it really is artwork). We had an issue with our pump a few months after our pool was completed and the service department came out promptly and fixed it under warranty. I get my water tested and pool supplies at their Coppell retail store and they have been great helping me maintain my pool. We are saving up now to build an outdoor living area in the future and I will definitely get a bid from Robertson.
