The remote control on my Lexus had quit and I searched everywhere for a battery and went to the Radio Shack store at Sliverado Plaza in Napa, Ca. The Service Representative, Jared (009) was just fantastic and very helpful. He found the battey and replaced it in my remote and trusted me to shop around in the store and pay for it when I was ready. \r

Jared was very professional and extremely busy with other customers while I shopped and checked with several times I had questions and he anwsered what questioned I had. Radio Shack Napa, is very lucky to have such a responsible and attentive employee. Being in the Wine business I know how fortunate Radio Shack is to have such a good responsive employee such as Jared. I would hire him. He will go far!\r
