Review content:
I went to the Radio Shack in Green Hills to get a battery changed from my car clicker. Meeting me with such rudeness and unprofessionalism was Kevin. I don't know what's wrong with him or the mood he is in, but he treated me with such disdain as if I was somehow inconveniencing him by walking in.
-Kevin basically threw the box of screwdrivers at me for me to open the clicker. So I did.
-Kevin was classless as he carried on a conversation on the phone while ""helping"" me.
-Kevin mumbled a few expletives at me or the general situation as he fumbled with the battery and opener for 5 minutes.
-Kevin also mentioned that it wasn't his job to make sure the battery that he installed actually worked in it.
I stood there quietly until he was finished. Finally, I asked him why he was acting like that. He gave excuses as one would do in his usual verbally abrasive way. I am never going back to Radio Shack again.
Have a great day Kevin, with your menial existence at a job you obviously hate.
Pros: None.
Cons: Rudeness, Unprofessionalism.
