after waiting half an hour for a cab that I was told would be here in ""less than ten minutes,"" I phoned again. A conversation took place with the dispatcher and another man in the office, arguing about what happened to my order. This went on for some time until he apologized, saying the order had been dropped on the floor, so no one had been sent out. I reluctantly agreed to wait again. Five minutes later a cab driver called asking if I could give him directions to my house. I told him I could not and that I would call another (higher functioning) company. He insisted that he would ""find it with a map"" and here I sit still, typing this review. I am sure the people I am meeting downtown have already left. Amazing incompetence.
Cons: did not show the first time, driver speaks little english and does not know way around
