Review content:
I took an amp to them to get it repaired. I called weekly to get updates, whoever answered would always say, ""one second let me call our repair man, and ill call you right back"" Well he never would.
Finally one day, after finally going to the shop, the employee put me on the phone with the repairman, who hadnt even started on my amp. He tells me he is going to look into how much fixing everything will be and give me an estimate. Another two weeks pass by before I get a hold of anyone for the estimate, then I tell him to start on my amp... Well a month later I finally get my amp.
After several excuses of how busy they are, that theyll call back but dont, poor service all around..
