Review content:
We found this place by accident. Touring the south we wanted to expierence the music scene and were driving aimlessly about and ran into a noon time traffic mess. After trying to make a left turn a few times we came to the Tin Angel. The sign ""Valet Parking"" grabbed my attention and we said ""This must be the place""\r \r We had never been in the south or Nashville and were looking for what we thought ""The Southern Expierence"" was. It was here. Attentive greeting at the door and quick seating even though it was 12:00PM. Wait staff was nice to a fault and made some suggestions for ""Southern Food"" I selected the Etuffe [ which is not always on the menu] it was outstanding. Not to wet, not to dry and with a good mix of seafood and vegetables. The only thing lacking was a good dry California Chardonnay or Viogior. If I ever get to Memphis with a few days we will go back. Pros: Etuffe was best ever Cons: Did not find any
