I just called to get an auto quote, and I just didn't feel right about it. The sales person I spoke with wasn't very knowledgeable about their insurance. I was told that I would get a call back with answers to my questions, but I never heard from them. I just looked elsewhere for my insurance. I wonder if others have had a similar experience. I can't say that I'd recommend this place to anyone. I was never introduced to the agent as he wasn't there when I called. I just got one of those creepy feelings like they really didn't care about me... just my money.\r

Oh, the sales person did try to sell me on some kind of apartment insurance while I was on the phone, but I kept telling her I just wanted car insurance.
Pros: Good location, and it is close to my office. However, there is another agency 2 minutes down the road on West End.
Cons: lack of knowledge by the staff and no agent contact
