Review content:
I understand how getting the best elderly care can be pretty hard. With so many places that have been accused with neglect and cruelty this place is definitely trustworthy. My grandmother has been in and out of Sycamore before. The staff and nurses are friendly and seem to care genuinely about their patients. The facility itself is not fancy, it's a bit old and could use a little face-lift. My one complaint is that it may be a bit crowded. Not too bad, but perhaps one more person per room than there should be. I could be wrong. I will say that when I do bring her dinner or go visit, she's pretty well taken care of. That's what counts. I would rather have her back home, but if she has to be there, this place is pretty nice. Pros: Careing staff, Good Follow up care Cons: Facilities a bit old, Seems a bit crowded
