Review content:
We called this company because we were told they were honest, good at their job and just plain good people. They deserve zero stars but I was required to rate them.
In our experience that is the furthest from the truth. The technician had zero clue what the plumbing problem was and actually changed his story several times as to what it could be. He offered to cut a hole in our ceiling but said he probably couldn't fix the problem. His theory as to the problem? Laughable at best.
Nothing was fixed and there was no clue as to the real problem. He promptly tried to charge us $70 for absolutely nothing. The company quoted me $85-$135 for a FIX but never spoke of a service call estimate charge despite me asking. There wasn't even an estimate since he had no clue what was wrong.
I understand a charge to come out because of gas but $70 was crazy! He then gave us major attitude before dropping the cost some.
I called the main office and received the same attitude and more.
This was either a really bad day or this company operates like this all of the time. Despite a recession there shouldn't be gouging and treating potential customers like trash.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. How does one stay in business with terrible customer service?
