Review content:
The Jones Company, homebuilders based in Franklin, is a great homebuilder. Unfortunately, I think some of the reviews are mistakenly directed toward the wrong company. The Jones Co. of TN, LLC is NOT connected in any way to Centex or Pulte. They are a locally-owned homebuilder that has been in business since 1927. They have very high customer satisfaction ratings - usually between 97 - 100%. I suspect these Citysearch ratings have been placed by one bad apple who didn't get the answer they wanted.
