Please be aware of this company. They use Safelite glass that comes from China that is called XYG. This glass is NOT OEM (original equipment manufacturer). XYG glass is cheap so they can make a considerable profit without caring about their customers initial safety. After researching this in vast detail, I have discovered that 60% of your vehicles weight is supported by your windshield in case of a roll over. The glass they use will crumble like a Saltine Cracker. The best glass on the market, and please research this for yourself, is Pilkington Glass. This particular glass has the highest safety ratings of them all. So, if you value your safety, and the safety of your family, DO NOT use this company. In South Carolina, we as insured motorist have the right to select our own glass company to replace our automobile's glass. After discovering the cheapness and pathetic quality of glass they placed on my vehicle, I quickly replaced it with Pilkington Glass. In fact, I demanded it! Naturally, I had to seek quality service from another glass company, so you may want to do the same if you value your safety and the safety of your loved ones. Pros: Cannot think of one thing positive to say Cons: They use cheap glass from Safelite called XYG.
