Review content:
I took my vehicle in to this place with a starting problem. They said it needed a new fuel pump. had that done along with fuel filter and full fuel system cleaning. Took it home, two days later it starts but then acts as though its going to die. So I take it in again, and explain that it seems to have a spark knock also. They say it needs a new IAC valve. After test driving the vehicle the tech diagnosis the knock not as a spark knock but thinks that it has rod knock and says it also has a vibration. The only diagnosis he can come up with is that it needs a new engine. I get a second opinion and the fuel system cleaning must have been done poorly because the problem was a clogged fuel injector, along with a bad transmission mount causing a vibration. I wouldn't take my vehicle back here for fear of what they might mis-diagnose next! They did however resolve the newly clogged fuel injector at no cost, once it was diagnosed. I then had all other repairs done at a different shop.
