To the post below mine, never judge a book by it's cover plus from what I gather, you never even saw the complex or met the manager in person!? My manager is a doll and follows up with me the same day I email or call which isn't always necessary but comforting
To prospective renters, if you are looking for an affordable but huge apartment in West Chester, this is the perfect location.
The downsides are there are no balconys and not a swimming pool or maintanence that live on site like some nearby complexes but upsides are there is a fitness center next door, several parks and tons of shopping centers nearby and as for the apts they only two floors and 4 apartments to a building which equals = lots of peace and quiet! management and maintenance seem to fix issues within a few days span which has been a great experience for me,compared to other places i've lived before! I would check it out
