Review content:
Dr. Guryala did an evaluation for my brother that took 15 minutes. I don't know what kind of doctor can do any kind of evaluation in 15 minutes! She sent him on his way with medication. We are not looking for pills, we are looking for help. The only person that you can actually talk to via phone is your therapist, which took us 4 months to even get. The process is extremely slow and the people do not want to waste their time helping you in any way. I asked the receptionist for the address to the Lancaster Ave office, and she said, ""the address won't help you."" That is the first time I have ever heard that! When you go to check in they never know that you have an appointment and when we said with whom our appointment was with, the receptionist said we don't have anyone working here by that name. Wow, they don't even know who works in the same building with them...how are they supposed to help with any type of mental health issue? If you didn't think you had a problem when you went in, you sure will coming out! Oh, and by the way it took 6 months before we could get the correct full mental health evaluation that we wanted on the first visit.
Pros: close to home, take insurance
Cons: rude staff, doctors don't want to give you the time of day,
