I have never written a review but I have to this time to warn people. I shopped at Video Only for a tv to try and be somewhat local.\r

I was lied to about everything. I found lower prices, but there's was the best in town... OK. I was told Panasonic signed an exclusive deal with Netflix... not true either. Everything was a lie.\r

Then my TV broke. I had it for four months... wow. I spent 1000 by the way. I had lost the receipt but had the credit card. They didn't care. They weren't willing to help.\r

I called a tv repair shop. I told him my story and he said I was still under warranty with panasonic. How simple was that. Video Only could have told me that. Instead they didn't want anything to do with me. They don't even deserve a star.
