This is the worst business that I have ever dealt with. If you take nothing else away from this review it is take your business elsewhere. I brought 4 brand new shirts still in the package to them for cleaning and pressing that I needed for a wedding in about a week. After I picked them up and got them home I found that all 4 shirts were basically ruined. All of them had grease, stains, scorch marks from pressing, and were covered in garment lint and various kinds of hair. When I returned the garments they initially acted like nothing was wrong. After a while they stated that they would spot clean them to remove the stains and scorch marks. I told them that this would not work, but they assured me it would. Well 2 hours later we had essentially the same situation. I stated the garments were unacceptable and would have to be replaced and they agreed (both wife and husband owners). Since it was now after 4:00 pm on Saturday and they are opened on Sunday I told them I would be back on Monday afternoon with the new shirts and the receipts. When I returned on Monday the owner (husband, wife was supposedly not there) acted as if nothing had happened, had re-cleaned the shirts and get this thought I was going to pay him again. The re-cleaned shirts were no better than they were the first time. He adamantly refused to pay for the new shirts. When I refused to pay and accept the shirts and told him he needed to honor his word to replace them he began yelling and screaming and making threatening remarks. He said he was going to call the police, which he did. When they arrived they were upset that he had called them. He had the idea that they were going to arbitrate in his favor. After the police lectured him and left he went back to the yelling and screaming mode. At this point it was obvious that nothing was going to come of this situation, so I took all the garments and left. The bottom line and the reason for this review are so that others know that this is not a reputable business and will give you nothing but trouble. Best to find another cleaners.
