This company is sooo unprofessional. !!! Not only do they call everyone you know, they call you the day your payment is due. They leave nasty messages,stating that you're trying to drive a vehicle for FREE even though you have paid consistently for TWO YEARS! Trying to talk to a supervisor is a nightmare because she (Ms Roberts) will act as though your complaints about unprofessionalism and nasty messages are unfounded or better yet concocted. When I told her I would contact the You know Who (three words that begin with the letter B), she condescendingly replied "" Oh, you can get a live person on the phone?"" I told her I will be GOING to them. And I promise I will.
