for being a huge chain there prices are so expensive for repairs and set ups. but the staff in the back are extremely knowledgeable and help out a lot. (ask for brad) if you can afford it this is the place to go for all your guitar needs. the sales department people don't care at all. to be fair this is only in the electronic guitar department (and just some). in the acoustic department they where extremely helpful. in the drums they where OK but not engaging which who knows might be a positive for some people because it is true there is no pressure. so if you can find the help they are great but some of them you can tell are trying to avoid people. i don't know why since they get paid on commission. great place to go to for help. i been there several times and they tell me exactly what i need to get all the sounds i want. i have spent a good amount of money there and decent prices but always check online first. had to return a few things because i find them cheaper online BUT they do price match most of it. sometimes i let it slide because of the time and effort they put in to helping. you can genuinely tell the guys that love being there vs the few who don't.
