I had David Shaw landscape my home in CHANDLER AZ. this past AUGUST of 2009. His warranty for all plants were for one year. He didn't provide the warranty paperwork ( hand written note) until over after 4 weeks of installation of most of the plants. He also did not plant our last plant owned us until just recently ( Sept 25) or over 5 weeks after he planted our first plants. We had to call him over and over for both the warranty paperwork, the last plant we had paid for. There is one plant that already is in dis-stress and he agreed that it was. We have asked for it's replacement based on our warranty. He has ignored our requests. The quality of all the plants he put in are poor. He does NOT return any phone calls even though he says he will return your call. Don't make the mistake in hiring this less than professional contractor. He asks for your money upfront and makes committments he does not honor and he will NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS ! .
Cons: Ignores contract committment, never calls back, poor quality
