Where do I start?\r

I should have looked at the bathroom first. It was filthy. The screen on the window was broken. The trash can was overflowing. The toilet did not flush. The cleaning brush behind the toilet had some white gunk on it. I have no idea what it was.\r

The waitress was prompt. The food was overpriced and tasted horrible. Burger King and McDonalds have better tasting food. Almost anything would have been better.\r

I ordered the roast turkey. It was sliced turkey from a deli. It was smothered in a salty light brown gravy. The fries were ok. The tomato soup was good. The pickled beets were good.\r

My wife ordered mashed potatoes, squash and chicken. The chicken was dry and smothered with sauce. It was overcooked (probably about 10 times). The buttersquash was bitter. The potatoes tasted and smelled funny. We had no idea what the smell was, or why potatoes would taste like that.\r

The food was disgusting. There was a bunch of really loud teenagers in the booth near us. They were hurting our eardrums with their laughter. \r

This was absolutely the worst diner we ever ate in. I know CT is not known for their good restaurants,\r
but this was terrible.\r

Pros: The food was served fast.
Cons: Burger King and McDonalds are cheaper and have much better food.
