Called them for an emergency. They gave me an appointment to come back the next morning, and it turned out that they were not planning on coming without bothering to contact me, whereas i had taken off work and went home waiting for them to show up. Very Over priced. Bill you starting at the time you called them until they finish the actual work. The main plumber called in another plumber because he did not have the correct tool, and i had to pay for both plumbers.\r
I am certain you can find better. It was my first encounter with a plumber, but now i know what to discuss with them before they start the job. I definitely do not recommend them.
