I do not write reviews. There is a first time for everything! I visited Pucci for the first time on April19,2008. My appointment was made with Rhonda. I chose Pucci after visiting Citysearch,seeing they had a good rating and were in the area of Scottsdale that I was visiting.\r
I was in desperate need of a color correction and cut and style. Rhonda did a great job of explaining my options to me and helping to select a style for my type of hair and face shape. She was very friendly and did a wonderful job on my hair.\r
Pucci's is a large and very busy place. The music was not loud or obnoxious,but the chatter level can get loud. A lot of people having a good time. Kind of like a big party. They have a coffee bar and are more than happy to fix anything you might like.\r
I would like to mention that I am a diabetic and while I was there my sugar level dropped dangerously low. The management, receptionist and Rhonda all stayed with me while I ate and offered me what I believe must have been parts of thier own lunches to be sure that my level came back up and that I was alright.. I know that they were all very busy and I really appreciated that kind of concern. Especially from people I had just met! I will definately be back and I promise no more emergencies!!!
