I recently broke the touch screen on my droid x. At first I ambitiously planned to fix it myself, ordering the glass and a tool kit. But after watching the lengthy video, I decided it was better left in the hands of people who wouldn't drop a phone in the 1st place. I checked around, including one shop down near me in the South Bay, and they all tried to take as much money as they could from me.I spoke with wintech, who was as nice and friendly as could be. He told me to come by and he'd fix it within an hour. Since I had the glass already, he only charged me $45, fixed it in 45 minutes, and was so nice the entire time. After dealing with awful people and awful businesses so frequently, wintech is a breath of fresh air. I will never go anywhere else if I have a phone issue. Thank you, jay
