Review content:
I don?t get this restaurant; the food is really good but is completely over shadowed by the poor service you always receive when you walk through the door. The cute stoner pizza boys loose their charm quickly as you continue to stand in the front waiting to be acknowledged so you can place or pick up your order. I want to like this place!!! It is walking distance from my house and the food is favorable, but time and time again I try and beat the system by 1) Calling a head of time? good luck, you will be trying for over an hour due to the busy signal, then wait 20 mins while they ignore you at the counter 2) Calling for delivery ? once you get passed the busy signal, they may or may not show up with your pizza, plus you will never get the right order (missing salad dressing, wrong pizza etc.) 3) Placing the order at the restaurant where you will sit and wait for over 50 mins to get the wrong #$%* pizza! I know this is LA, but getting a pizza should not be this hard. Until management wakes up and realizes they are in the ?service industry? I will not go back. Pros: Good Food Cons: Good food ruined by bad service
