Review content:
Spa cover checked and filled with rain water rendering it unusable within 3 years. Called and Emailed Ideal multiple times with mixed results, from ignoring me to “pass the buck” attitude.
Finely was told the cover was past its warranty (by 2 months) “contact your dealer”
Have been a spa owner for the past 30 years this is by far the worst spa cover I have ever owned. DO NOT BUY!
