Review content:
First of all, they told us the rates were $56 because it is Rally (Sturgis Motorcycle Rally) week. The Rally does not even start for another 5 days. Other campers were charged the ""non Rally week"" (this week) rate of thirty some dollars. Trash all over - the inner roads, overflowing trash bins, right by highway, Pool was ""broken"". Don't bother taking your computer because they give you multiple codes, they said we were parked too far away for it to come in. Refund for those commodities which were why we reserved here - hahaha - no way. They're not friendly when you're not asking for a refund, just think of the hassle when you do need to. One woman came down with a bad kidney infection. They had paid until the 7th. They wouldn't refund for being admitted to a hospital even though they mention the convenience of being close to Rapid City hospital. Loose chunked up gravel. They're lying about having internet access and they don't mention they are on an extremely 50% slope. There are no big rigs, drive through sites. You can't bring an pull in trailer because none of the sites are big enough. No room for toys (motorcycles, etc) It is very hard just to walk around your trailer because the lots are so small and then you're always walking straight up or down a hill. I wouldn't want my dog to stay there. (They've been meaning to take down the pets welcome on their web site...."" Learn from our terrible experience before you ruin your vacation staying here (there are many, many campgrounds in the Black Hills, Rapid City, Sturgis, off the highways - this is the worst, so why pick it? Some of the others have reasonable rates too. I wonder if they're getting ready to sell to yet another new owner so they're trying to get every last dime they can?
