I had a horrible experience with this car wash! When I pulled into their parking lot all four of my tires were fine. When the car came out of the wash, there was a huge screw embedded into the tread of my front tire. I brought it to the attention of a staff member, and his first reaction was, ""That was like that when you came in"". Clearly he saw through my master plan to scam the car wash out of one new tire! Clever fellow!
So I asked to talk to the manager, which did not happen. Apparently car wash managers are so busy that they cannot handle customer service complaints.
So in short, I was screwed! I know this review might sound a little bitter, but it was really an awful experience. If for some reason you do use Main Line Autowash, keep in mind that they will take no responsibility for any damage they inflict on your car. And based on how quickly they absolved themselves of any blame, they probably damage people's cars somewhat frequently.
My advice is to go someplace else or wash your car at home!
