I live in Kent OH and travel to Pittsburgh about 3 times a month. Although most of our family cars are serviced by their Kent store I had to stop by this shop last month. I had a bad shimmy on my pickup and drove into that store. The pulled in in the shop and looked at it when it was up in the air Bob showed me where I had hit that curb I bent my rim and lost a balance weight. In a half an hour it was fixed and guess what? \r
