Review content:
I went to Regency because it was recommended by my insurance company. They get one star because they went over the car with me on day one and everything seemed fine but, that didn't last long. The estimate doubled from what my insurance estimated not just in price but hours as well. A 4 day job became a 8 day job. When finished they never when over the work they did. Probably because it wasn't finished. Not only was it a shotty repair job but they did a subpar carwash. They forgot to put the car badges on my car. And to top it all of they charged me twice for the work. I am now going to another shop to fix what they were not able to. I strongly recommend going to another shop if you need work done on your vehicle.
