Review content:
I'll be honest, I was not as pleased with Tiger Lily as I thought I would be. They came so highly recommended that I think I was expecting absolute perfection; for me, this was not the case. My entire experience was not poor, so don't get me wrong, but overall I was not 100% satisfied especially considering the amount of time and effort I spent working with their team. My main contact throughout the year was great, but in the end, my husband, father-in-law and groomsman never received their boutonnieres, my bouquet did not have the added purple flower in it that I had asked for, and the bridesmaids bouquets were much smaller than I anticipated. The issue with the boutonnieres may very well be the fault of the hotel, however, there was an original disconnect with Tiger Lily not knowing my husband's last name, therefore, confusing the hotel. In my opinion, they should have absolutely known his last name since again, we had been working with them for an entire year. Additionally, if they even slightly sensed that the hotel was confused and there could even be the slightest chance that the gentleman would not receive their flowers, they should have called me, and or decided the bring the boutonnieres directly to my hotel (which they had been to in order to drop off the bouquets) or the church (which again, they had been to previously as well.) The flowers at the reception and the church were very pretty and we did receive several compliments. But I will not soon get over the fact that there was a major error on my wedding day when it came to the boutonnieres. To me, Tiger Lily ""does weddings."" That is a huge part of their business and there is minimal room for error. This could have been avoided with a bit more attention to detail, thus making my satisfaction with them 100%. I was about 70% pleased with them in the end.
